7月6日(水)～7月8日(金)の３日間、東京ビッグサイトで開催されました『DESIGN TOKYO』の「PROTO LAB」コーナーに "RIPPLE STOOL" を出展致しました。
来場者の方々は、床に映し出される水の波紋にはっと驚き、「おもしろい！」「涼しげですね」「心が癒されます」とそのゆらぎを楽しまれていました。製品化に対しても強い要望がありましたので、なんとか年内の製品化を目指したいと考えております。このプロジェクトに関心のお有りになる方、ご協力いただける方がいらっしゃいましたら是非ご連絡ください。
The znug design exhibited "RIPPLE STOOL" at DESIGN TOKYO 'PROTO LAB' at Tokyo Big Sight from July 6th(Wed) to 8th(Fri). A lot of visitors were surprised at the ripples that was projected on the floor and mentioned "It's so great!", "It makes us feel cooler while hot weather" or "Heal my heart". As we also got strong request for the manufacture, we effort to do it within the year. Please kindly contact us if you are interesting in this project or have the resolution to cooperate with us.

LEDと水槽を内蔵したスツール。「座る」という自然な動作で、驚くほど美しい水の波紋が床にうつし出され、あたかも水の上に座っているかのよう。

【場所】杉並区立高井戸第二小学校 Takaido Second Elementary School, Tokyo
７月１０日(日)、杉並区立高井戸第二小学校にて「子供ミニ四駆工作教室」を開催いたしました。"自分にひとつ、だれかにひとつ。"をキーワードに、被災者ではない一般のこどもたちから参加料として1,000円を募金いただき、被災地のこどもたちにメッセージカードをつけてミニ四駆キットを１つプレゼントするという形で開催させていただきました。
今回多数の応募をいただいた為、抽選で40名のこどもたちに限らせていただきましたが、こどもたちのものづくりへの興味や将来の夢を引き出すことができたのではないかと思っております。また、保護者の方々からも活動に対する賛同を得ることができ、こうした被災地とそれ以外の地域を結ぶ支援活動も引き続き開催していきたいと考えております。
We conducted the "Mini 4WD charity Workshop" at Takaido Second Elementary school on July 10th. Kids paid 1,000yen for the participation to get one Mini 4WD kit for themselves and present one more for the refugee kids with message card. Though we got many applicants, we selected 40 kids finally. They were interested to create their original works and told us about their future plans. As we also could get the sympathy for this activity from parents, we will conduct it continuously from now on.
